immersive listening experiences.
WHAT IS FLOAT THERAPY?
Float therapy is a private relaxation session inside a warm, Epsom salt-infused float pod that enduces Theta Waves and aiding muscle recovery.
The high salt concentration allows you to float effortlessly, reducing external stimulation and creating a deeply calming environment.
No distractions.
No pressure on the body.
Just stillness.
GUIDED MEDITATION
You may choose to include guided meditation during your session. These landscapes for the mind gently engage and transport the floater to a place of deep learning in the subconscious where they can alter behavior, improve performance and relieve physical conditions far more effectively than with floating alone.
Available themes:
- Brain Gym
- Confident Me
- Fear of Flying
- Public Speaking
- Road to Riches
- Kick Butts
- My Study
- Pain Away
- The Golfing Mind
- The Sleepmaker
- Trim and Slim

first-time float faqs
What should I do during the session?
Nothing.
Just breathe naturally and allow your body to rest. You may include a guided meditation or choose silence.
What do I wear?
Most clients float without clothing for comfort. A swimsuit is optional.
Is it sanitary?
Yes. The water is filtered between each session and maintained according to float industry sanitation standards. It has over 1200 pounds of epsom salt in the water so no bacteria can form.
What does floating actually feel like?
You lie back in warm, highly buoyant water and float effortlessly. Most first-time clients describe it as weightless and deeply calming.
Will I feel claustrophobic?
You are always in control. You can keep the lid open if you like. You can keep the tank lights on if you like. You can exit at any time. The environment is private, calm, and adjustable before the session begins.

What if I can’t turn my mind off?
You don’t need to.
Your body will begin to settle on its own. Many first-timers notice relaxation happening even if their thoughts are active at first.
Will I get bored?
Most first sessions go by faster than expected. The lack of stimulation often feels refreshing rather than boring- especially when you're listening to guided meditations.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s completely fine. The water keeps you buoyant and safe. Most people gently wake when session music or light returns.
Is float therapy good for stress?
Many people use float therapy to support relaxation and stress management.
