  • What is the IV Hydration Membership Fine Print?

    First and Last month due at sign up.


    Auto draft with a 6 month minimum.


    If membership is cancelled before 6 months, last month is lost. 


    If you wish to cancel at 6 months, let us know before it rolls over.


    Any unused sessions must be used within 30 days.

EBOO Maintenance Membership

  • Membership Benefits

    The EBOOSafe™ Maintenance Membership is designed for individuals who wish to continue their EBOOSafe wellness program through regularly scheduled maintenance treatments.


    Membership includes:


    One (1) EBOOSafe Maintenance Session after four (4) consecutive monthly membership payments.

    Required laboratory testing associated with the maintenance session, as determined by Detoxity’s medical provider.

    Medical review of laboratory results to determine continued eligibility for treatment.

    All treatments remain subject to medical clearance and provider approval.

  • Monthly Membership


    The membership fee is $333 per month and will be automatically billed each month until canceled.


    Members become eligible for one (1) EBOOSafe Maintenance Session after completing four (4) consecutive monthly membership payments and meeting all medical clearance requirements.


    Eligibility for treatment does not guarantee treatment will be performed. Final approval is determined by Detoxity’s medical provider.



  • Medical Clearance


    Patient safety is our highest priority.


    Before each EBOOSafe Maintenance Session, all required laboratory testing and medical information must be reviewed by Detoxity’s medical provider.


    Medical clearance is required before treatment.


    If additional laboratory testing, physician consultation, or medical evaluation is necessary, those services may result in additional charges unless otherwise included in the membership.


    If the medical provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, the session may be postponed or declined.



  • Laboratory Testing


    The standard laboratory testing required for your scheduled EBOOSafe Maintenance Session is included with this membership.


    If additional laboratory testing is medically necessary based on your health history, medications, or laboratory results, additional charges may apply.

  • Scheduling


    Appointments are subject to provider and clinic availability.


    Members are responsible for scheduling their maintenance session after becoming eligible.


    Failure to schedule an appointment does not extend or modify the terms of this agreement.


    The EBOOSafe™ Maintenance Membership is designed for individuals who wish to continue their EBOOSafe wellness program through regularly scheduled maintenance treatments. The membership fee is $533 per month and will be automatically billed each month until canceled.
