    Monthly Billing

    Memberships are billed automatically each month according to the membership agreement.


    Membership Commitment

    The Spa Wellness Membership has a six-month minimum commitment.


    Scheduling

    Membership services are subject to appointment availability.


    Unused Sessions

    Unused sessions roll over while the membership remains active.


    Account Credit

    Eligible account credit may accumulate according to the terms of the membership agreement.


    Medical Clearance

    Certain services require medical clearance or provider approval before treatment.


    CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

    If membership is cancelled before the 6 month commitment, last month paid is lost. If membership is cancelled after the 6 months, you have 1 month to use any remaining sessions.
