A clean colon is essential to the waste elimination of our digestive system. The liver is the main detoxifying organ of the body; it works by filtering out and/or neutralizing dangerous drug residues and poisons from the blood and then passing them out of the body through the large intestine via the bile duct. But if the colon is clogged, it's like flushing a toilet clogged with toilet paper; everything backs up. The net result is sickness and disease.

In fact, you can't even begin to cleanse and repair other body systems or have meaningful weight loss, until you clean out the colon so that the water and waste can have a means of elimination.

Again, the net result of a backed-up system is sickness and disease.

How Does It Work?

Colon Hydrotherapy, also called Colon Irrigation, is simply the hydration, activation, and evacuation of the colon. Our large comfortable rooms host the best device on the market, the Angel of Water System, which offers the most privacy and ease of comfort for the client. The Angel of Water colon Hydrotherapy device uses a disposable rectal nozzle is smaller than the circumference of a finger and only needs to be inserted about 1-1.5".  There is an 8 gallon tank that releases a gentle slow stream of purified double filtered water through a gravity fed system, so there is no water pressure. Modern colon hydrotherapy equipment utilizes multi-stage water purification systems and disposable contact elements, which eliminate any contamination or infection risks.

Everyone is different as to how many colon hydrotherapy sessions they may need, but most important is to stay hydrated and take probiotics afterwards, which we give you after each session. Some side effects may include cramping, nausea and vomiting during your session, although this is rare.

Please watch video to see how it works. A doctor’s prescription is required in the state of Texas to receive these services. If you need a Doctors Rx, our Nurse Practitioner can provide you with one, provided you don't have any of the previous contraindications. This Rx is kept on file for 6 months and is only good for our location. Each 6 months, a new intake form needs to be filled out to update your records.

Colonic System Benefits

01

The open system nozzle is app. 1/4" diameter and enters the rectum only one inch into the rectum.

02

The open system rebuilds the peristalsis of the muscle which will help clients go on their own.

03

The open system nozzle is small and only inserts water into the rectum so once the muscle contracts and the client has to release, they are free to do so. Because the nozzle is so small, the waste passes by the nozzle and evacuates the body.

04

With the open system the client never has to jump off the table nor must endure the discomfort of having the nozzle removed and inserted several times throughout the session.

05

With the open system, the client has more privacy in that they lower themselves onto the nozzle. Technician does not need to insert this for you, putting client at ease.

From Wikipedia

"Colon cleansing, also known as colon therapy, or colon hydrotherapy, or a colonic, or colonic irrigation encompasses a number of alternative medical therapies claimed to remove unspecified toxins from the colon and intestinal tract by removing supposed accumulations of feces. Colon cleansing in this context should not be confused with an enema which introduces fluid into the colon, often under mainstream medical supervision, for a limited number of purposes including severe constipation[1] and medical imaging.[2]

Some forms of colon hydrotherapy use tubes to inject water, sometimes mixed with herbs or with other liquids, into the colon via the rectum using special equipment. Oral cleaning regimes use dietary fiber, herbs, dietary supplements, or laxatives. Those who practice colon cleansing believe in autointoxication, that accumulations of putrefied feces line the walls of the large intestine and that these accumulations harbor parasites or pathogenic gut flora, causing nonspecific symptoms and general ill-health.

Autointoxication, a term coined in 1884 by the French physician Charles Jacques Bouchard,[3] is a hypothesis based on medical beliefs of the ancient Egyptians and Greeks and was discredited in the early 20th century.[4] Nonetheless, during the 2000s Internet marketing and infomercials of oral supplements supposedly for colon cleansing increased.[5]

There is no scientific evidence for the alleged benefits of colon cleansing.[4] Certain enema preparations have been associated with heart attacks and electrolyte imbalances, and improperly prepared or used equipment can cause infection or damage to the bowel. Frequent colon cleansing can lead to dependence on enemas to defecate and some herbs may reduce the effectiveness of, or increase the risks associated with the use of prescription medications.[6]"
