Satye actually started her career out with degrees in Interior Design and CAD- Piping Design. However, massage therapy was something she always enjoyed doing for her parents, and she was good at it. After many years frustrated in the oil industry, she shocked everyone and went to school for Massage, then Medical Massage (MMP), then Complete Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to learn all she could about Lymphatic Drainage, and also back to school for Colon Hydrotherapy (CHT). Her favorite modalities include: Lymphatic Drainage, Body Sculpting, Colon Hydrotherapy and Shockwave Therapy. She enjoys honing in on problem areas and leaving you feeling and looking your best.
Ninfa Barraza, Float Therapist, Herbal- Yoni Specialist, CH Technician
Ninfa first became interested in the wellness industry due to anxiety attacks she suffered since 2014. She took up float therapy and saw how it helped ease her anxiety and stress. Later, Ninfa moved to Houston, TX from Milwaukee, WI with her husband, and began her career in wellness. She is a Float Technician, Yoni Herbal Specialist and Colon Hydrotherapy Technician. She especially enjoys helping others find the peace and tranquility of floating as well yoni steaming. "Working here at Detoxity has helped me mentally, physically and also to excel spiritually."
Deidre Allen, Esthetics
Deidre found a passion for skin care from the age of 12. Her mother would take her once a week to treat her acne and acne scarring, and she developed a love for skin care. Her favorite techniques include dermaplaning, waxing, facial lymphatic drainage and recommending skin care products. She loves aiding women in their journey to their most beautiful self! Deidre is a mother of two, and a former Texas A&M athlete, class of 2009. She is excited to grow with you in this exciting industry!
Mariah Brown, CH Technician
Mariah started her Spa career at the San Luis Hotel in Galveston. This is where she developed a passion for the spa industry. Last year, she was featured on the TV show, Botched (E! Network), and further grew in her passion for healing therapies, including Colon Hydrotherapy. She discovered all the many healing benefits that can happen when you have a clean gut! She enjoys making you feel welcomed and at ease during your session.
Dr. Timothy Irvine, MD
Dr. Timothy E. Irvine was born and raised in Port Neches, Texas, a small community approximately 1.5 hours east of Houston. After finishing high school, he attended Stephen F. Austin University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He then left the United States and toured Europe for 2 months before continuing his studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. He received his medical degree in 1997.
Dr. Irvine returned home and completed his internship and residency at the St. Elizabeth’s / St. Mary’s Hospital’s Family Practice Residency Program. This Beaumont / Port Arthur program, affiliated with UTMB in Galveston, attracted patient’s from the Golden Triangle and surrounding areas. After completing the 3-year program, he moved to Houston with his wife in June of 2000.
In August, 2000 he began practicing medicine in the North Houston area. Over the last several years of practice, he has become well respected in the medical community. He is currently active on several hospital committees and has served as Chief of Family Practice for the last 3 years at Houston Northwest Medical Center.
As of August 1, 2005, Dr. Irvine has partnered with his colleague, Dr. Rohit K. Kashyap and wife, Dr. Alejandra Palmeros-Irvine to establish IKP Family Medicine.
